Purpose of Commission

"WHEREAS, this matter came on for consideration upon the Court's own motion to establish an ad hoc commission to study the operation and structure of the adult guardianship system in New Mexico, to report its findings to this Court and other participants in guardianship administration, and to make any recommendations it deems appropriate for improving the operation or structure of the New Mexico guardianship system;
